The mass of the ISM gas at time = 0 in :math:`M_\odot` when ran in
infall mode.

.. note::

	This parameter only matters when the simulation is ran in infall
	mode (i.e. ``mode`` == "ifr"). In gas mode, ``func(0)`` specifies
	the initial gas supply, and in star formation mode, it is
	``func(0) * tau_star(0)`` (modulo the prefactors imposed by
	gas-dependent star formation efficiency, if applicable).
