Submitting a Bug Report

If you suspect buggy behavior in VICE, please open an issue at the
`issues page`__ on GitHub. Create a new issue with a description of the
problem, a copy of relevant pieces of code, and a full traceback if possible.
Please also attach the label *bug* to the issue.
